Return Instructions:

If you are a business (b2b transactions), we don't accept returns. For damaged or faulty items, we will send replacements. 

If you are a consumer, please inform us that you will be returning your order within 14 days of receiving your order. You have a further 14 days to return the product(s) back to our address. You don't need to give a reason. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Items must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Please read our full returns policy for detailed information. This is a summary only. 

You must contact us before returning an item, some items on our website ship directly from the manufacturer and will require an alternate returns address.

We will provide the correct returns address for eligible orders after the request to cancel / return an order.
