Delivery

• We offer a nationwide UK delivery. There is a range of delivery services at checkout where you can choose your delivery speed. 
• Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that during busy periods such as the Christmas period, we may not be able to dispatch the same day.

Collection from our Teesside Warehouse

• If you would like to collect your order from us simply choose "collection" as your checkout method and you can collect your order anytime Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
• We will send you an email when it's ready to collect (usually within 30 minutes of placing your order during working hours). Our full address for collection is in the "Ready for Collection" email.

Do I need an account to purchase?

No, just add to basket and proceed to checkout. We offer guest checkout. If you would like to create an account, you can save all of your address details for quick future checkouts.
